WHO WE ARE…

​WE ARE A FORT MYERS, FLORIDA BASED PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY.
FOCUSED ON ANNUAL & VACATION RENTALS.

Born and raised in Germany, we moved to the United States in 2010 allowed by – we call it “The Golden Ticket” – our Green Cards.
Most people don’t know it – but there is a lottery for Green Cards and Claudia hit the jackpot, which made our personal “American Dream” became true.

Claudia’s background in Germany was tax & accounting, and later on she had her own Italian Deli Shop and Catering Business. Jürgen’s background is the construction industry with 45+ years of experience as a tile
installer (with a master degree in tile installation called “Fliesenlegermeister”) and business owner.
The first business adventure in the US was Claudia’s European Coffee Shop in Madison, GA. The most beautiful small town we’ve ever seen.

Since we often spent our vacations in Florida, we knew the area very well, and we ended up in Fort Myers, and we love it ever since.

We both are people persons, and we love to help others realize the American dream of
homeownership. In all we do, customer service and respect for all human beings are our number one priority. 

We hope our future and previous clients will be happy with their Real Estate transactions and also the way we’ll manage their investment properties in years to come.
