WHO WE ARE…

Bella Casa International is a Fort Myers, Florida-based property management company specializing in annual, mid-term, and short-term vacation rentals throughout Southwest Florida.

Originally from Germany, Claudia and Juergen moved to the United States in 2010 and have called the Fort Myers area home for many years. Their international background, combined with decades of business and professional experience, gives them a unique perspective when working with property owners, investors, tenants, and guests from the United States and abroad.

Claudia brings a background in taxation, accounting, hospitality, and business ownership. Before moving to the United States, she owned and operated an Italian deli and catering business in Germany. Her first business venture in the U.S. was a European coffee shop in Madison, Georgia, before she and Juergen eventually made their way to Southwest Florida.

Juergen brings more than 50 years of experience in the construction industry. A German-certified Fliesenlegermeister (Master Tile Installer), he has spent decades as a skilled tradesman and business owner. His extensive construction knowledge provides valuable insight into the maintenance, care, and long-term preservation of investment properties.

At Bella Casa International, we believe successful property management is about much more than collecting rent and coordinating maintenance. It is about protecting our clients’ investments, caring for their properties, communicating clearly, and treating owners, tenants, guests, vendors, and business partners with professionalism and respect.

Having once started a new life in the United States ourselves, we also understand the questions and challenges international property owners can face. We especially enjoy working with foreign buyers, sellers, and investors and helping them navigate property ownership in Southwest Florida with greater confidence.

Our goal is simple: to provide dependable, personal, and professional service while building relationships that last. Whether we are managing a year-round residence, a mid-term rental, or a Florida vacation property, we want our clients to know that their investment is being cared for as if it were our own.
